1. for every request that you order you need to be polite, strict and kind. more important patient.
2. you need to fill out everything that we put in our code, or your request won't be complete. we know sometimes it's hard to find great pictures but for us it's even harder to find perfect pictures for you and work on your request as fast as we can.
3.when you're filling a request form be very strict if you have an idea what you want. you can accompanied with font ideas, or other ideas how would you love to see your art.
4.when you're posting link pictures go for celebrity photography and for open public galleries, later we will add you link of them so you will have no problem finding them. you can use any pictures that are allowed by author. if you use pictures from tumblr, or other graphic design your request won't be completed.
5.you can bump every 3 days from your written request. after three days if person that snag your request doesn't answer you send them kindly PM. if you request is not complete in one week you can reopen it. but please be kind and patience.
6.if you don't bump you request in 10 days at least once your topic will be considered as dead. you can still reopen it.
7.you can have open only one request that means, you can order just 1 logo, one pack of social media icons or pack of 5 icons. it's all about the balance. if you're no sure about it just ask us
